Who We Are

My name is Zhongtian and my husband is Simon, and we're the proud parents of Henry. 

​

We're a family run business, aimed at facilitating cheaper and higher quality healthcare than can be provided in the UK.

Our Experience

​

We created this service due to our own experience with our son Henry who was experiencing development delays as well as concerning symptoms that we felt were not being taken seriously by the NHS. As part of a family holiday, we decided to get treatment in China at a fraction of the cost of private healthcare, identifying he had two of the rarest genetic variations requiring highly specialised care that we knew would take months to receive in the UK. The risk of waiting any amount of time was catastrophic and we decided to follow up again in China, receiving results and consultations within the same day allowing us to start him on a course of medication to slow the effects of the diseases.

 

Sharing our experiences with others we had a number of friends who wished they were able to emulate our journey but found it impossible to access the Chinese health market due to the language barrier, or the predatory health tourism industry that exists out there making it too expensive. We understand how it feels to be hopeless, ignored and desperate and we wanted to help the people around us get the help they needed and eventually we developed it into the service you see now.

Our Aim

Our aim is to provide a facilitation service that allows you or your loved ones to get the treatment they need without breaking the bank. We understand how stressful healthcare can be in your own country, let alone a foreign one and as such we've built our service around providing you with support both in and out of hospital, ensuring you have the right utilities for transport, paying for goods, restaurants and hotels,  as well as a network of advisors should you need further help while on your trip.
